Inspired by the loss of his mother, Dixie, Ernest Alexander decided to make a difference in the lives of other seniors. Drawing on his experience from a long contracting career, he decided to start a program to assist seniors who are still living in their homes, but, find it difficult to manage manual tasks.
Whether it's a clogged sink, or a broken fence lock, our volunteers will check in on your loved ones and service their simple needs while providing companionship and showing them dignity and respect.
If you'd like to start a, For the Love of Dixie, chapter in your area reach out to us. We can help to connect you with seniors in your area who could use some love and care.
